Reason: refresh target model defaults against current official parameters

Summary

• Update the built-in MiniMax OpenAI-compatible base URL to the current official global endpoint.
• Refresh the MiniMax live-test default model to MiniMax-M3.
• Document the global and CN OpenAI-compatible and Anthropic-compatible endpoints for MiniMax-M3 and MiniMax-M2.7.
• Record the current context windows, input modalities, thinking modes, and tiered pay-as-you-go pricing.
• Add local request-capture coverage for the OpenAI-compatible and Anthropic-compatible request paths.
